Pam Palanza, Owner/CEO

Pam has over 40 years of experience in the Early Care and Education industry, beginning as a childcare provider and then as director of a childcare resource and referral program at Child Advocacy Commission.

In 1998 she started her own company and served as a consultant and trainer to childcare facilities to help improve quality, and also provide Enhanced Childcare Referrals to corporate clients.

Pam is the mother of 4 and grandmother of 8.

Mickey Menichetti, Director of Operations

Mickey is responsible for overseeing and organizing all aspects of Carefinderz operations.  Prior to joining Carefinderz, she spent time as a Senior Business Analyst and Product Development Manager with Prudential Retirement.  She also served as a Captain in the U.S. Army and was stationed in Germany.

Mickey received her BA from Furman University and MBA from Villanova.  She is the mother of 3 young children.

Lori Daley, Director of Enhanced Referral Services

Lori has worked in the Early Care and Education field for over 30 years. She worked as a childcare provider and then director of childcare centers in Charlotte for over 8 years. 

After moving to Wilmington, she worked at Child Advocacy Commission as Director of Provider Services. For the last 20 years in her role as Director of Parent and Provider Services she has worked as a referral coordinator assisting families with finding childcare and as a consultant to childcare facilities providing technical assistance and training to improve quality.

Lori is the adoptive mother of two now college age children.

CPT Addison Palanza, USA (RET), Attorney and Counselor at Law

Licensed in North Carolina, Addison's experience includes practice in the areas of business law, contract law, civil litigation and special proceedings.  A former field artillery officer and veteran of the Iraq War, Addison is also a graduate of Virginia Military Institute.

You can find often find him volunteering in our community or outdoors with his wife, Beth, and their three children.
